Becoming a developer on MirrorMed is easy. Follow these procedures

  1. Submit a patch or two
  2. Express some interest
  3. Agree to follow the developers policies below.
  4. Start your probationary period
  5. Brag to your friends that you have subversion access

Developer Policies

  1. Document your code really well.
  2. Write how-tos on whatever you post on the wiki
  3. Make large and sensible messages for your subversion posts.
  4. Play well with others

Probation

Until your probation ends you have to email the MirrorMed project manager before you make a commit telling what and why. Your probation ends when it becomes clear that pre-approval is a waste of the project managers time.
