Treatment alert - Is there a procedure that would be contraindicated for this patient?

The treatment alert needs to pop up once a chart is opened for the first time by that person that day, so that if you have a locum doctor come in and treat your patients, he won't do something stupid.

i.e someone with neck surgery and metal screws placed in the neck, you don't want to be sending electric stim through that area, or manipulate it, or MRI.
