WYSIWYG Form/Report Editor

A WYSIWYG(What you see is what you get) editor that allows a provider to make encounter forms and report forms.

It will need to know all of the different types of fields for reporting and input.

Provider can scan in his paper forms and overlay fields on them

These fields need to be one of the following types...

• Input field

• Field that gets populated from the patient record in the database

This helps with exam forms, intake forms, insurance company reports

Forms can be filled out by populating the fields from the database, then faxed to the insurance company which will greatly reduce paperwork demands.

Intake forms that are filled out via tablet pc, or pc with a privacy screen in the reception area, or online before they come, these intake forms would be smart forms, meaning as they drilled down selecting options about their condition, they would get different forms matching their condition so that they would be condition specific.

XForms may be a viable solution.
